Biography

I am now a postdoc research fellow working with Prof. Jiannong Cao and Prof. Minyi Guo. I received my Ph.D. degree from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024, supervised by Prof. Minyi Guo and Prof. Quan Chen. My research interests include: Cloud-native systems, LLM inference and fine-tuning, Disaggregated datacenters, etc. If you are interested in my research, feel free to email me.

Projects

  • Joint Optimization of Compute and Network Cost among Geo-distributed Datacenters
    • Research project collaborate with Huawei Cloud, Project Leader, 2023.02-2024.03
    • Considering the network cost caused by the different positions between data and compute, this project decids multi-tenants’ VM request scheduling and the data placement among geo-distributed datacenters, to comprehensively optimized the deployment cost.
  • Resource Reservation under Ultimate Elasticity
    • Research project collaborate with Huawei Cloud, Project Leader, 2021.09-2022.09
    • Facing with different VM requests patterns of large tenants in public cloud, this project orchestrates computing resources among geo-distributed datacenters to reduce cost and support more requests.
